The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing projects that enhance our infrastructure operations. Experience in ServiceNow Cloud Observability and domain expertise in Cards & Payments is a plus. Required Skills: DevOps Skills/Concepts, CI CD Dev Sec Ops Support, Dashboarding Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of DevOps practices to streamline our software development and deployment processes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards to provide real-time insights into system performance and operational metrics. Provide support for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of code changes. Manage DevSecOps processes to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues. Implement best practices for infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reliability. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance system stability. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure operations. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Possess strong experience in DevOps practices and tools. Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing dashboards for system monitoring. Have a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes. Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Observability is a plus. Domain expertise in Cards & Payments is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
