Please find the job description below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #[email protected] Role: Senior Program Manager Location: WASHINGTON, District of Columbia (Hybrid) Duration :Long term Must have 13+ years of experience Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Transformation projects within the Operations department. Develop and implement phased strategies and adoption plans to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and objectives. Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective solutions. Create and maintain project artifacts in compliance with PMI.org industry standards and relevant regulations. Mentor team members on project management practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Provide timely financial performance and forecasting reports, collaborating closely with business and financial project managers. Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs. Qualifications: Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information. Proven ability to manage coordination and execution at both high-level and detailed levels across multiple teams and projects. Minimum of 12 years' experience in program and project management, with hands-on experience from project initiation to implementation using formal methodologies.
