http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1634885&uid= **Job Title:** SAP Delivery Manager **Positions Available:** 1 **Estimated Duration:** 12 Months **Location:** Remote **Employment Requirements:** US (This position requires access to customer data; must be a U.S. ) --- ### Job Description As an SAP Delivery Manager, you will represent NS2 to customers as the overall engagement leader, managing the project scope, schedule, and delivery of engagements from sales handoff through post-cutover hyper-care support, as defined by the contract. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading engagements and ensuring satisfaction. - **Project Management:** Oversee all technical and functional aspects of engagements, ensuring they meet in-scope requirements. - **Coordination:** Facilitate customer onboarding, kickoff meetings, scope validation workshops, and other necessary discussions, both virtually and in-person. - **Documentation:** Maintain thorough documentation of decisions, actions, issues, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. - **Risk Management:** Identify, document, and mitigate risks effectively. - **Process Management:** Coordinate and facilitate Build Sheet Management, Change Management, and Escalation Management as per NS2 guidelines. - **Status Reporting:** Deliver project and customer status updates as defined by NS2 Leadership. - **Incident Management:** Track and report on incidents, service requests, and ticket aging. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Math, or Statistics, or equivalent professional experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with all organizational levels, including Directors and VPs. - Proven experience in project management, leading technical engagements. - Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, software, and systems (e.g., networking, virtualization, VMware, hypervisors). - Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience with SAP software, including implementations and upgrades. **Desired Qualifications:** - Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. - Practical understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS operations models. - Knowledge of enterprise technology infrastructure (e.g., networks, storage, enterprise server software including Windows Server and Linux, monitoring technologies). - Prior experience with SAP Mission Critical Applications (Financial Systems, Billing Systems, Procurement Systems) and/or SAP BASIS. - Experience in a Managed Services environment. - Ability to interface with clients at the CxO level as required.
