Requirements: SQL - need to be able to write SQL queries Understands the SDLC process This is not data entry or database configuration We're looking for someone that has experience with applications like Cronos or workday or any application configuration experience Need to be able to speak about your experience with business process and workflow Need candidates with configuration experience (even if you have no Alfa experience). Open to experience with Business process configuration similar to Alfa. This is not a coding role. Alfa is a low-code/no code system. However, the logic of a coder is nice. Understand "if" and "then" statements i.e. "if this happens then route me to do this". Good analysis / decision making -- analyze problem and come up with good outcome. Self-driven. Self-motivated.
