Knowledge of financial services business processes. Experience with configurable business systems and system development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Strong project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and develop recommendations. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Create business requirements documents for systems development, reporting, and special projects. Collect and document business requirements from users. Manage and coordinate small to medium projects. Lead or assist with user acceptance testing. Provide user support and systems training. Develop test plans, strategies, and execute test cases. Create materials for user adoption of system changes. Experience: 5+ years in business analysis or business systems analysis. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or business systems. 4+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance industry. Experience with SaaS applications, especially Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in an Agile environment. Physical Requirements: Frequent stationary work and communication. Occasional movement and operation of tools or equipment.
