Job Title : SAP and IBP Consultant L ocation: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 6 + months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION About the job QUALIFICATIONS Middle Level Responsibilities:** - Implement and configure SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance. - Provide end-user training and support. - Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP and non-SAP systems. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience with SAP IBP and other SAP modules. - Strong understanding of supply chain management processes. - Proficiency in data integration and modeling. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Senior Level Responsibilities:** - Lead SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Develop and optimize integrated business planning processes. - Manage stakeholder relationships and drive project delivery. - Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in SAP IBP. - Mentor and train junior consultants. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in SAP IBP and extensive knowledge of SAP modules. - Proven track record in leading SAP implementation projects. - Expertise in supply chain management and business process optimization. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills for Both Levels:** - SAP IBP certification. - Experience in agile project management. - Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP Fiori. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
