Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Supply Planning and Demand Planning WORK LOCATION: Remote position with some travel needed Contract C2C/w2/1099 Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD DETAILS : Erlanger, KY Work Arrangement : Hybrid. 90% remote. Approximately 10% travel to the location above (paid). Key Skills: Oracle ERP SCM, Oracle Cloud SCM, Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, Oracle Cloud Demand Planning, and a primarily consulting background. Nice-to-have skills: Order Management Cloud, Global Order Promising (GOP) Cloud, Sales and operations Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certification. SCM consulting experience (operations experience wont be considered in the above) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and Configuration : Design and configure all aspects of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations both Supply Planning & Demand Planning. Systems Development : Develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement, and roll out solutions. Documentation : Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications (Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud) and business system processes. Application Configuration : Configure Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications as needed to support solution design. Expertise Preferred : Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud expertise is highly preferred. Project Communication : Engage in client communications using a consultative approach. Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options. Focus on client value and satisfaction while balancing the solution's corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability. Integration : Integrate Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other applications and existing processes. Reporting : Design and implement custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to address company needs and improve reporting frequency, accuracy, and timeliness. Team Coordination : Coordinate with other project team members and business users as needed. Solution Integrity : Responsible for the overall integrity of large and complex solutions, directing other solution architects on technology and design choices. Documentation Production : Produce and deliver design, training, and application administration documentation. Independent Operation : Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Functional and Technical Solutions : Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions to highly complex customer engagements. : Effectively consult with management of customer organizations. : Fully comprehend client requirements and translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices and processes, avoiding customizations wherever possible. Adherence to Standards : Define and adhere to Fujitsu solution standards, estimates, processes, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with other departments' methodologies, including project management and development methodologies. MANDATORY SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE 10 years of Oracle ERP SCM -related experience designing, configuring, and architecting all aspects of ERP solutions using the Cloud SCM suite of products. 2 years of Oracle Cloud SCM consulting experience. In-depth knowledge of master data setup and processes to execute supply planning. Involvement with a minimum of five (5) full-life-cycle Oracle SCM implementations, of which at least two (2) should be Oracle Cloud supply and demand planning. Strong proficiency in all functional aspects of Cloud Planning application solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with experience troubleshooting issues for Cloud ERP clients. Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment. BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. DESIRABLE SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified Implementation Professional. Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud (Specifically GOP Cloud) is preferred. REQUIREMENTS Remote position with some travel needed.
