Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and document defects and ensure the quality of mobile applications and devices. Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify issues and ensure optimal user experience. Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and usability. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. Analyze and report test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile testing and incorporate best practices into the testing process. Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 years of experience in device testing, with a focus on mobile testing (iOS and Android platforms). Strong understanding of mobile application development and testing processes. Proficiency in using mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, TestComplete, etc.). Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certification in mobile testing (e.g., ISTQB Mobile Testing) is a plus.
