Working knowledge of several areas including Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Share Point, Windows Administration, networking. Possesses outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a flexible approach. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work closely with users and other IT professionals to identify, analyze and resolve system problems. Ability to successfully interact with other IT professionals and end-users. Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
