Should have experience on CLM , Approved Emails, Product Key messages in Veeva CRM/ Veeva PromoMats. Working knowledge on Veeva Events Ability work with offshore team and provide SME level consulting to business Manage & assign work to the team members. Ability to handle customer escalations and deliver business expectations. Knowledge on IQVIA OCE platform (optional). Working knowledge with brand team and Marketing Managers. Basic Salesforce knowledge to run reports, create user records. Workhing experience on JIRA and performing UA.
