Hands-on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided). Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning preferred. Experience within Financial Services, specifically Commercial, Consumer, and/or Digital Banking areas a must Experience working on cross-functional, enterprise-wide delivery programs. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills.
