Title-Oracle DB Services - Senior Technical Specialist Duration-8 Months Location-Sacramento, CARemote Need - Certified Oracle DBA 11g (Certified Oracle Professional) required. Must have the Certified Oracle Professional certification and provide copy. 5-years in government. Hard find, but no candidates yet! Three references . Minimum Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) on Oracle database version 11g Release 2 or above to include hands-on with Golden Gate or Oracle Data Integrator. 2. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of expert experience as a Senior DBA supporting databases on Red Hat Linux 6.x or higher and performing Unix scripting. 3. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of expert experience performing Oracle database upgrades and migrations to latest Oracle supported version. 4. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of experience supporting Oracle databases on ASM (Automatic Storage Management). 5. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) database version 11g Release 2 or higher. 6. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of expert experience as a DBA supporting databases with a size of at least 10 TB. 7. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of experience writing documentation (standards, best practices, procedures). 8. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of experience with Oracle 11g Release 2 or higher: Using Tuning Pack, Diagnostics Pack and Change Management Pack and/or Automatic workload Repository (AWR). Writing and tuning PL/SQL objects. Supporting Oracle databases that utilize the RMAN backups to disk or other mediums. Supporting Oracle databases using replication/materialized views. Supporting Oracle databases using triggers. Implementing Oracle database auditing facilities. 9. Five (5) years (within last 10 years) of experience as a DBA supporting government retirement and benefits database systems similar to CalPERS. 10. Three (3) years (within last 5 years) of experience supporting Oracle databases in VMWare and Cohesity environment. 11. Oracle DBA 11g or higher Certified Professional (must provide proof of certification).
