Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest Backbase features, best practices, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the teams work. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications: Backbase Certification (essential). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Backbase Developer, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
