Job Description:- Job Role:- Node.js Developer (back end developer) Location :- Cumming, GA (Hybrid) Contract As a Back-End Node.js AWS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components of web applications. Your primary focus will be on building and managing scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. Develop and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS. Integrate and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end services. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to define and ship new features. Implement security best practices and ensure the protection of sensitive data. Monitor and improve system performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our technology stack. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a back-end developer with expertise in Node.js. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Understanding of serverless architecture and microservices. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
