Provide strategic direction for technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including support processes, data, functionality, procedures, and security protocols. Negotiate and manage vendors, including SLAs, to ensure optimal service delivery to the organization. Oversee the integration of business systems to ensure connected data flows and interoperability. Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Systems Technology team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development. Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in system management. Identify and address operational inefficiencies and gaps, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
