Job: Sr. Data Engineer with AWS Certified Location: Irving - TX (onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract 10+ Years and passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a diverse skill set who will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining a scalable data platform to support our analytics engine. You will lead efforts to develop and optimize data pipelines, integrate data from diverse sources, and ensure data quality and reliability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership and implement best practices for our data platform and analytic engine. Your expertise in big data technologies, cloud platforms, and real-time data processing will be crucial in driving our data strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization Responsibilities : Design, build, and maintain scalable data platform to support the analytics engine accommodate growing data volumes and increasing complexity. Design and implement data architecture strategies to consolidate data from various sources. Design and implement real-time data streaming and processing solutions Ensure high data quality and reliability through data validation, testing, and monitoring mechanisms. Optimize and improve existing data systems for performance and scalability. Implement data partitioning, indexing, and other optimization techniques to enhance query performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that drive business insights Mentor offshore engineer team and provide technical guidance. Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues to maintain high availability and performance. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in in data engineering. Proven experience in designing and building scalable data platforms. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Knowledge of ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., AWS Glue, Redshift, ). Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and their data services Experience with Kafka or other streaming data technologies for building data pipelines. Strong understanding of microservices architectural principles and patterns, and experience building and deploying data platform Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with machine learning and data science workflows Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Big Data Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer).
