Role: Remote NO H1/CPT Need Vlocity Architects with healthcare payor or healthcare provider experience Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in Vlocity (including Omni-Channel) and 5+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud a consideration); Health Cloud experience highly preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred). Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Consultant preferred. Skills: Proficient in Salesforce products, Vlocity (including Omni-Channel), Health Cloud, and integration tools (MuleSoft). Strong communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Design & Implement: Architect and develop scalable Salesforce and Vlocity solutions, including Omni-Channel implementations, data models, and integration flows. Prepare technical design and functional specification documents. Leadership: Mentor technical teams, lead design discussions, and participate in architectural reviews. Health Cloud & Vlocity: Implement and manage Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity components for insurance and healthcare processes. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality standards and maintain comprehensive documentation. Desired Skills: Technical Expertise: Experience with security architecture, Apex, and agile methodologies. Health Cloud Experience: Deep understanding of Health Cloud and Healthcare Payor processes.
