Experience leading functional testing teams, preferably in banking, financial institutions and/or at professional services firms that focus on the financial services industry. Experience within Financial Services, specifically Commercial, Consumer, and/or Digital Banking areas a must Experience working on cross-functional, enterprise-wide delivery programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills. UiPath Certification (Solution Architect) is preferred, though not required.
