Position: Datastage Developer Location:- Chicago, IL (Day 1 Onsite) Duration:- Long Term Contract Job Description: Primary Skillset: IBM Infosphere Datastage 11.7 Secondary Skillset: Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 days a week in office) Good hands on experience in IBM Infosphere Datastage Tool versions 11.x and worked on projects to migrate from lower Datastage versions to higher versions preferably migration projects from 11.3 to 11.7 Should have good experience in working on Extraction, transformation, compare and loading of the Data file from UNIX environment into the Oracle database using the ETL Tool DataStage with Teradata load utilities like Multi-load and TPT operators. Should have worked on Teradata 16.20 Worked on Structured Query Language (SQL) and Oracle SQL Database Good Knowledge on Unix basic commands and Using UNIX scripts for files splitting and archival processes Should have knowledge on scheduling jobs in Autosys and Control M scheduling Tools Should have Good project experience in various phases of Software Life Cycle like Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Deployment process. Experience of handling the Production Support issues from datastage side . Identify and communicate risks to producing various deliverables and solutions on time Develop use cases to explain / demonstrate business requirements / specifications Good To have: Have ability to work in a team and individual environment.
