Job Description -

Title:End-User Support Engineer

Need local McKinney, TX Candidate

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Level 3 technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of end-user system vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.
Proficiency with remote tools such as TeamViewer.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), and other remediation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and develop effective strategies for complex issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
