Senior ServiceNow Professional (SPM, CSM, Integrations) Location: 100% Remote (USA) Eligibility: USC & GC only Interview: Video Contract Duration: 6 months+ (Contract-to-Hire) Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Service Portfolio Management (SPM): Implement and manage SPM processes to optimize service delivery and align with business goals. Customer Service Management (CSM): Develop and enhance CSM functionalities to improve customer experiences and service efficiency. Integrations: Design, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Consultative Engagement: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ServiceNow best practices and solutions. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring that all solutions meet client needs and enhance their overall experience. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and integrations. Qualifications: Experience Required: Proven experience with ServiceNow SPM (Service Portfolio Management). Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management). Strong background in ServiceNow Integrations. Performance Analytics experience is a plus but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform. Experience with integration technologies and tools. Ability to work with Performance Analytics modules (preferred). Personal Attributes: Highly customer-focused with a consultative approach. Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
