Job Title: SAP Data Migration Architect (BODS) Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Mode of Hiring: Long term contract Note: We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with extensive experience in data migration and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, order to cash order management, and procure to pay payroll. The ideal candidate will lead our high-profile projects, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and the successful delivery of our programs and will focus on developing and implementing data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance. Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience. Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects. Lead the planning, execution, and management of data migration projects to ensure timely and accurate data transfer. Oversee the development and implementation of data migration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Provide expert guidance on SAP Data Services and SAP Data Migration Strategy to optimize data migration efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data migration activities with business objectives and requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation procedures. Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process by implementing robust validation and testing protocols. Identify and address potential risks and issues related to data migration, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Monitor and report on the progress of data migration projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data migration processes. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data migration tools and methodologies. Collaborate with system architects to ensure seamless integration of migrated data into existing systems and applications. Conduct post-migration reviews to assess the success of data migration projects and identify areas for improvement. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data migration technologies and methodologies. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in data migration, including planning, execution, and management. Demonstrate expertise in SAP Data Services and SAP Data Migration Strategy.
