The project work is multi-faceted, and a PM must be able to support, lead, and drive different and competing initiatives at a time. A self-starter who will lead the work and collaborate with the leadership and supporting team to drive results. PM who is a coach/mentor to the team that is technical and isnt used to PM methodologies; the PM will need to teach and support the team with the needs of the PM methodology to ensure successful delivery and support. Technical experience is helpful, but business acumen, knowledge, and support of the work are critical; a strong business partner to the team, vendors, and leadership keeps things on track. Strategic solution PM who can think about solutions with PM methodology at the core of their work.
