Must-Haves: Requires utility industry experience with SAP - 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on application development projects. - Extensive experience working in the utility industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements. - Strong background in managing SAP and AWS projects, with the ability to understand and guide technical teams. - Experience with Project Management tools such as: Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc. - Proven track record in managing project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Pluses: - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications. - Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
