The services include design, maintenance, optimization, and security of Oracle databases, PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management, Oracle Hyperion/Essbase, Middleware/Oracle WebLogic, and Linux systems. The project aims to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of these systems while also delivering knowledge transfer and training to FI$Cal staff Mandatory Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a lead capacity with Oracle Database administration and Real Application Clusters (RAC) in Unix/Linux environments in the following areas: O Design o Installation o Optimization o Configuration o Security o Ongoing operations and maintenance (e.g., backup and recovery, reorganization, patches and upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting) Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Oracle Exadata system operation and maintenance. Oracle Database Administrator - Senior Technical Lead Design, maintenance, and operation: Responsible for the design, setup, installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of Oracle databases. Patching and upgrades: Manage patching activities and upgrades for the Oracle databases. Monitoring and optimization: Monitor database performance and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies. Backup and recovery: Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery support is in place for the databases. Security: Perform security governance, data masking, and hardening activities for the Oracle databases. Incident support: Provide troubleshooting and support for database-related incidents and outages. Knowledge transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to FI$Cal staff through shadowing sessions and process reviews.
