Role: Service Delivery Manager Location: Seattle, WA Onsite Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: 5 to 7 years of experience leading IT support for retail/ QSR segment Proficient in Point of sale system like Oracle ITIL certification / experience preferred including ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Experience with automation using RPA and GenAI good to have. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. Lead Service delivery management and provide flawless end user support for IT Support for a QSR client. Ensure timely response and resolution of support requests and incidents within agreed upon service level agreements. Implement and standardize IT support policies, procedures, and customer concerns. Update and maintain IT Assets, Software, Documentation, Processes, Communications, Vendors, Credentials, and Technology Solutions. Collaborate with third-party vendors and services providers to address technical issues. Continuously review team performance and improve processes and procedures. Act as a crucial point of contact between our distributed team and clients, providing customized solutions based on their specific needs. Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, and related technologies. Verify system functionality and follow up on service requests to ensure resolution. Collaborate with global teams to prioritize technology and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage business and IT collaborators.
