Job Title: SCCM Endpoint Engineer Location: Hybrid at Dallas, TX Duration: 6+ Months Work Authorization: USC & GC Only Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr. on C2C JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer II to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity management, endpoint systems, and security. This role is a hybrid position that involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient systems to support our organization's IT infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: IDENTITY MANAGEMENT: o Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions. o Ensure secure authentication and authorization processes. o Maintain and troubleshoot directory services (Active Directory, LDAP). o Implement single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions. o Maintain and update the provisioning process. Endpoint Systems: o Manage and secure endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices). o Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions (e.g. Intune, Ivanti). o Ensure compliance with security policies and standards on all endpoints. o Perform regular updates and patch management. Security: o Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT infrastructure. o Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts. o Assist in scheduling and conducting vulnerability scans through cloud services o Collaborate with the security team to develop and enforce security policies. System/Program Automation: o Develop and maintain Power scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. o Monitor and test application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and work with developers to implement solutions. o Proficiency with version control systems like Git or other code repositories General IT Support: o Provide second & third level support for IT-related issues. o Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. o Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. o Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. Qualifications: EDUCATION: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. o Relevant certifications in system engineering or related fields. o Nice to have: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity EXPERIENCE: o 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role. o Proven experience with identity management, endpoint systems, and security. o Identity Management process, automation and solutions. TECHNICAL SKILLS: o Cloud Provisioning programming and services (Azure AD, RSA, RSA) o Must have deep experience with Microsoft cloud solutions experience: Defender for End Point, O365...etc. o Proficiency in identity management solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD). o Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, Ivanti, Jamf). o Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (NIST-CFS, CIS ). o Experience with scripting and automation (Power, Python). o Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. o Advanced Power and Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SOFT SKILLS: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Trust is Contagious!!
