OVERVIEW: Our At Elbow Support provides hands-on assistance to clinicians during the transition to new systems and workflows. This service focuses on change management, ensuring that healthcare professionals receive real-time guidance, training, and troubleshooting as they adapt to new digital tools and processes. This approach helps to minimize disruption, increase adoption rates, and ensure a smooth, efficient transition across the health system. RESPONSIBILITIES: For each site, train front desk staff on how to confirm patient insurance information was uploaded. Showing pts how to sign up for MyChart/PreCheck-In/Upload insurance card/ opt in for SMS. REQUIREMENTS: Change Management. At elbow onsite support. Adoption and process change.
