Position: Oracle EBS Absence and OTL Lead (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration : 6+ months Job Description : About the job Required: Strong knowledge of fast formulas Candidate Will Does: Configure Absence Management and OTL modules independently Gather requirements for Absences and OTL modules Perform end-to-end testing to ensure Absences and OTL modules are working as intended Work with technical team for technical tasks Prepare test scripts and execute testing events based on the scripts Train the key business leads on Absences and OTL modules Complete project tasks and deliverables as per established project timelines. Be available during the client working hours using client and Client communication tools for the project Work and engage with offshore client counterparts, other module leads and technical team for project work Execute the project work based on client and Client defined project process, project execution methodology and templates Candidate Will Brings: Minimum 5 plus years' experience implementing Oracle EBS Absence Management and OTL modules Strong product skills and strong consulting skills Have good understanding of the fast formulas in Oracle Ability to communicate through remote tools effectively Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
