Data Mapping and Analysis: o Analyze and map banking data to BIAN standards. o Develop data mapping documenta9on and specifica9ons. o Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and sources. 2. Integra-on and Implementation o Lead data integra9on projects, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. o Implement BIAN data models and frameworks within the organiza9ons infrastructure. o Coordinate with Software development teams to integrate data mapping solu9ons. 3. Data Quality and Governance: o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. o Establish data quality metrics and monitoring processes. o Support data governance ini9a9ves and compliance with industry regula9ons. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration o Work closely with business analysts, data scien9sts, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifica9ons. o Provide training and support to team members on BIAN standards and data mapping processes. o Conduct workshops and presenta9ons to promote understanding of BIAN data models. 5. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain comprehensive documenta9on of data mapping processes and results. o Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data mapping effec9veness and project status. o Regularly update stakeholders on progress and any issues encountered. Preferred Certifications BIAN certfication.
