Experience with Okta User Provisioning for external Directory as well as Okta Universal Directory. Experience with Okta Workflows, especially in user life cycle management. Hands-on experience for onboarding and off-boarding users to Okta for providing access to certain applications Strong understanding of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Open Authorization (OAuth), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JSON Web Token (JWT) Hands-on development/coding in Okta Troubleshooting and resolving service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and providing corrective actions.
