Title: ServiceNow Functional Analyst Location: DC - Washington, 20001 Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Implementation: Lead the installation and configuration of new ServiceNow products, ensuring they meet organizational needs and align with industry best practices. Module Configuration: Configure and optimize FSM, Helpdesk, and IRM modules to enhance functionality and streamline workflows. Custom Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to address specific business requirements and improve overall system performance. Workflow Management: Design and implement custom workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration. System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure the ServiceNow platform remains current and effective. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and custom developments to support ongoing management and future enhancements. Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow installation, configuration, and customization. In-depth knowledge of FSM, Helpdesk, IRM modules, and ITSM processes. Strong skills in developing and managing custom workflows and applications within ServiceNow. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
