Position: Organizational change management (OCM) consultant (Hybrid) Location: Galleria area, Houston, TX (2-3 days Onsite/week) Duration : 12 months Note --- Local is preferred but relocation will also work. Job Description : The client has multiple projects and needs a resource to help lead OCM efforts. Processes will include financial closes and working with executive management. You will utilize your OCM skills to develop change management plans while identifying risks and developing risk mitigation. You will lead change management work streams as well as assist in providing training. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar. 5+ years of relevant experience change management experience. Experience with financial closes and experience with EPM/CPM software like Anaplan, Epicor etc... Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
