Title: Java Backend Automation Lead Location :: San Jose, CA Onsite HM Notes: Looking for someone with strong Java backend techstack and Automate their existing data pipelines, Automation scripts. All monetization and automation end to end lifecycle. In house test suite- allows an item to be listed on eBay and goes through the charging flow and that is what the team captures Write code and cover all the test cases around 1,000, revise the item, add/remove a feature Being able to ramp up on the domain a niche area Unblocking any existing test cases Java, Oracle, Data warehouse Must Haves: Proficient in Java Java, Oracle, Data warehouse, and SQL Able to design systems Nice to have: Ability to monitor traffic through app, log metrics, and resolve Preferred companies/industries: eCommerce, Payments or pricing nice to have, but open Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software design and development, with a solid foundation in computer science, including strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Proficiency in object-oriented design methodology and large-scale application development, particularly in Java or similar object-oriented languages. Deep understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and web services, including standards like REST/JSON. Desirable skills include familiarity with large-scale data analysis and the ability to build machine learning models for forecasting and prediction. Nice-to-have experience with Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript. Strong relational database and SQL development skills. Agile development experience. Self-motivated and quick learner. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
