Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools - Flows, App builder, Experience sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and visualforce Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud Org. Preferred: Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR Org configuration. Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing cloud on ExactTarget.
