This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own configuration changes to existing Workday system. Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for HCM Core, Learning, Onboarding, Payroll and Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio Experience in Business Process setup General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas Good understanding of Workday Security Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player Workday Study experience is mandatory Experience in development of complex reports Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required At least they should be strong in the following areas: "strong / solid candidate in Core HCM/Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance management, Absence Management, and who is willing to drive / learn additional functional areas," Nice to Have Qualifications: Knowledge on Below areas Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management Best Regards, Alok Kumar Enterprise Solution Inc.
