Qualifications: Must-Have: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Vision, and other collaboration tools. Expert PowerPoint design skills. Exposure to creating tech videos for leadership messaging. Expert-level knowledge of project management techniques and tools. Critical thinking and ability to operate under ambiguity. Outstanding organization and planning skills. Passion, energy, personal accountability, and a desire to learn and grow. High level of integrity when handling confidential information. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and continuously improve. Active listening, summarization, and lateral thinking skills. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and make decisions quickly. Good to have : Prior technology experience/knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic vision for the GenAI program, aligning initiatives with broader business goals. Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program management, including roadmap definition, project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Communication Excellence: Develop and execute compelling communication strategies to engage stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive alignment. Problem Solving: Anticipate and address complex challenges, leveraging your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive effective solutions. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior business partners. Digital Content Strategy: Develop impactful digital content (newsletters, videos, tech updates, etc.) to promote transparency and engagement.
