Knowledge of Front-Office Electronic Trading strategies and technical architecture. Experience working with front office users and quants to gather requirements and to perform demand management. Experience with a core derivatives platform. Experience adding to a derivatives systems functionality including working with vendors to enhance the platform. Strong technical knowledge. Development background is a plus. Strong architecture and design experience. Must have the ability to review, articulate & justify architecture and design decisions. Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex material. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Development/Modeling experience. Engineering degree is a Must NuvoPrime, SwapOne and Murex Implementation is a Must This is a senior hands-on Business Analyst for the Derivatives IT group. The candidate is expected to work on the implementation of the EQ swaps systems which will include all technology works streams for front and back office. Major Responsibilities: Work on the implementation of NuvoPrime. Perform the requirement analysis. Work with traders/back-office to understand their needs and to make sure that the solution addresses the requirements. Define test cases and scenarios for quality assurance. Provide technical architecture guidance and oversight on the technology stack. Build a support team & train/mentor the new staff around the platform.
