The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using MongoDB as the primary database technology and Java as the core programming language. This role requires a deep understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and application development in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience in MongoDB development, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications in an Agile environment. Note: Need an expert level in MongoDB (Min 7+ yrs exp) Technical Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB, including experience with replica sets, sharding, and backups. Strong expertise in Java, including frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven. Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of other NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, Redis) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go. Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
