Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Engineer experience. Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/tools Hands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language Experience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc. Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the end-user expectations. Experience working with different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc. Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
