Role :: Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst Location :: Austin, TX (Telework, but candidate must currently reside in Texas) Type :: Contract Job Description This position will perform Quality Assurance activities for a new Salesforce application, the Grants Management System. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of automated test cases using Selenium or similar technology, development, and maintenance test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Perform manual testing as required. Track test case execution. Establish regular automated schedules of test cases as well as required reporting. Use of Jira to log and track defects. Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Support the development team as needed in dev, test, UAT, and production and troubleshoot the test cases as required. Lead UAT testing activities as needed. Available for on-call support as needed.
