Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead Work location: CHARLOTTE, NC - Hybrid 6-12 months JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary. The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the design and implementation of the following modules: Workforce Development: Career Development, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Succession Planning Workforce Deployment: Core HR, Security/Workflows, Compensation This role requires the ability to lead business requirements analysis, business process design, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration and testing of Oracle applications. Job Location: Per client requirement and up to 75% travel Responsibilities: Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challenges Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues by maximizing the performance of Oracle HCM and integrations with multiple applications Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applications Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management Manage scope by identifying and proposing change requests Help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered during the engagement Contribute to Capgeminis Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills: 6 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects Primary Modules: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management, Oracle Cloud Application Development, Talent Acquisition Secondary Modules: Modules to be listed by requestor. Experience designing solutions that include Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Development and Deployment modules. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Implementation in global environments or international experience. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications. Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model.
