Job Description - NG911 - FDNY QA ENGINEER SP3 Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Hours Per Week: 35 Location: Brooklyn, New York, 11201 Start Date: October 08, 2024 End Date: October 7, 2025 Contract Length (In Weeks): 52 weeks SCOPE OF SERVICES: TASKS: Ensure abidance by industry regulatory and quality standards. Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality specific to FIRE and EMD. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases as it relates to FIRE & EMD dispatch. Develop and prioritize and coordinate testing activities with FDNY and associate vendors. Develop and execute automation scripts in support of FIRE and EMD. Develop and apply testing processes in support of FIRE and EMD. REQUIREMENTS MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates without the (2) LISTED MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED 1. Minimum 12 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set. 2. Testing Public Safety/Dispatch Applications or systems experience DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous integration / test experience on a large system Proactive approach to problem solving any issue, both technical and non-technical, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience utilizing Selenium Test Suite, Mercury Interactive Tools, Maven, Rational SQA Suite/Team Test Thanks & Regards ..
