Experience (Years): 6-8 1. Certification and Experience in SuccessFactors EC 2. Data Migration experience in EC 3. Experience in other SF modules (Onboarding,/Recruiting/PMGM/LMS) 4. SF Implementation experience at least for 3-5 projects 5. SF Support experience atleast 2-3 Projects 6. Experience in closely working with Customer and working in customer environment Desirable Skills: 1. Implementation Experience in Onboarding and Recruiting modules 2. Working experience in SF Succession Planning 3. Working experience in SF Talent modules 4. Experience in working in Agile methodology. 5. Working in diverse culture environment 6.
