Job Title: Service Now Business Analyst Location: San Diego, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Role Description: At least 4 years minimum working as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of domain expertise in the ServiceNow platform. Demonstrated ability for translating User requirements into groomed stories, functional requirements specification, test cases, and use cases. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively amongst multiple priorities. On-call flexibility, including, unplanned and planned maintenance and outages.
