From: Balakrishna, Virtuoustek Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description: SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead Position: SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead Location: Remote Employment Type: Contractor Position Overview: The SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and integration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions within the broader SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient system. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions with SAP S/4HANA. Manage the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Solution Design & Implementation: Design and configure SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure integration points between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA are effectively managed and optimized. Lead workshops and meetings with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide hands-on expertise in configuring SAP Sales and Service Cloud, including customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities, service management, sales automation, and customer engagement. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with functional and technical teams, including SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless integration. Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment of project goals. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions. Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated with the latest SAP Sales and Service Cloud features and best practices. - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. - Propose and implement changes that will drive efficiencies and improve user experiences. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation and integration projects. - Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Sales and Service Cloud. - Proven track record of leading SAP projects, from planning through execution. - Deep understanding of CRM processes, customer service operations, and sales management. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP Certification in Sales and Service Cloud and/or S/4HANA. - Experience in the [specific industry, if applicable]. - Prior experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
