(Need Local to OH or near by) Duration : 6+ Month Rate - $60/hr on C2C Job Description : partners from Huntington to Chase. The Treasurer is currently participating in implementations meetings with agency employees, third party (agency) partners and Chase in an effort to ensure that the transition between banks occurs in advance of the contract termination deadline with Huntington of May 31, 2025. We are looking for a technical person who can familiarize themselves with the role of the Treasurers Office, the merchant processing environment (of the City and all its merchants and third party applications) represent the Treasurers Office and its concerns and offer technical assistance to our business partners (as needed). The environment includes understanding payment card industry compliance. Communication with all levels of organizations is necessary. Documentation of the existing and evolving environment is a key goal. Were looking for an open, curious person that is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the detailed work but still see the big picture. Overall program management will be handled by JP Morgan Chase or its partner Payments. However, project success will be determined by agency teams who will be responsible for working through the transition (sometimes) with third party partners which will integrate with JP Morgan/Paymentus. There will be multiple opportunities for complications throughout the process. A program manager who can help identify bottlenecks and look for solutions is necessary. It is expected that the program manager will work primarily remotely. Some in-person meetings may be required. Time-keeping will be necessary.
