Need 1 best profile only Experience 7-12 Years Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Improvement: o Analyze and document P2P processes, including procurement, invoice processing, and payments, to ensure alignment with business objectives. o Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. SAP P2P Configuration: o Configure and customize SAP modules relevant to P2P (e.g., SAP MM - Materials Management, SAP FI - Financial Accounting) to meet business requirements and optimize the P2P cycle. o Work with technical teams to implement and test system changes, ensuring they meet functional specifications and performance standards. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for SAP P2P solutions. o Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user stories. System Integration and Testing: o Oversee the integration of SAP P2P modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy. o Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards. Reporting and Analytics: o Design and develop P2P reports and dashboards using SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) to provide insights and support decision-making. o Monitor P2P performance metrics and recommend actions to address any issues or opportunities for improvement. Training and Support: o Provide training and support to end-users on SAP P2P functionalities and processes. o Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate effective use of SAP systems and ensure user proficiency. Project Management: o Support P2P-related SAP projects by participating in project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking. o Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure that SAP P2P processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and organizational policies. o Identify and mitigate risks associated with P2P processes and SAP systems. Qualifications: o Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a strong focus on P2P processes, including experience with SAP MM and SAP FI modules. Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP P2P modules and their integration with other SAP and third-party systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex P2P processes and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with P2P reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. Certifications: SAP certification in SAP MM, SAP FI, or related P2P modules is preferred. Thanks & Regards ..
