Using their top shelf communication, organization, and Deep JD Edwards system knowledge this person will work with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure JDE and related technology optimally meet the needs of the business. Our client depends heavily on not only JDE, but also the OTC process for their day-to-day operation, so experience with OTC process is needed. This person will work with Business Users to identify, document, and resolve issues arising from the use of JD Edwards Enterprise One Order to Cash functionality within the orgs various lines of business, while also capturing business needs and managing the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring that the results meet the specified business requirements while supporting QA activities as needed.
