Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting experience on Windows servers (2012, 2016 and 2019) Have good experience in Server patching activities using WSUS. Have good knowledge and experience on Firmware upgrade process for DELL, HP servers and hardware management agents. Have good knowledge on windows clusters. Have good experience on Active Directory/DNS/DHCP. Have hands on experience on VMware ESXi installation and configurations. Have hands-on experience on HA/DRS clusters, migrations, cloning/templates, snapshots and vSwitches.. Have good troubleshooting skills in both windows and VMware. Have Powershell scripting knowledge Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process.
